This search will allow you to search all magistrate records within a county that you choose to search court records in. This search is available in every county, in every state. 

By providing us with a full name, and one identifying field such as date of birth, social security number, address, past address, or middle name we will search all records that are held in the magistrate office of the county that you choose. The magistrate record search is performed by a licensed detective at our detective agency. You may receive all types of cases that is listed in the magistrate files. Some of these may include small claims cases, bad checks the subject wrote, parking tickets, case types, summons, bonds, agency or defendant, and more. This list goes on, you can receive any data that can be of a wide range of records.

The magistrate record search has three ordering options.

1) Normal delivery 2-4 weeks (by county) $79.99
2) Rush delivery 5-10 days (by county) $110.00
3) Statewide magistrate search (Statewide)*** $490.00

The statewide magistrate search will search each and every county magistrate office for any and all records that are located for each county. This will cover all counties within that state. This is the same as the other magistrate searches but this search covers the entire state. When ordering a statewide search be sure to include a date of birth, or a social security number as this is helpful but not required.

*** 2-5 weeks wait possible. Depends on how many courts will be searched.

This order form below will allow you to order this service using your checking account. We understand that many people do not have credit cards, and we have now offered this payment method for those of you that do not have a credit card.

A return check fee of $25.00 will be issued to your account if the check is returned. Please also note that we record the IP address, server time, ISP, and other data to prevent fraudulent activity as just another way that we keep your information safe. We may call your bank to verify funds, as we also may wait 1-3 days for verification of funds from your bank.
